ORDER AND JUDGMENT CONFIRMING ARBITRATION

The Court this day takes up Plaintiff's Motion and Application for Confirmation and
Registration of Arbitration Award, filed August 14, 2006. On November 28, 2006, a Case
Management Conference was held in this matter wherein Plaintiff moved the Court to enter
Judgment on the confirmation of arbitration award pursuant to 9 U.S.C. §9 and R.S.Mo.
§§435.400 & 435.425 (2000). Now for good cause shown and being fully advised in the
premises, the Court GRANTS the Motion.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the principal sum
of $2,383.72, plus interest after the original award of $202.37. aggregating $2,586.09, including
costs for obtaining the authenticated copy of the National Arbitration Forum Award, are assessed
