COMES NOW this 13" day of December, 2012, before me, Judge of the District Court,
the Motion to Substitute the Administrator of the Estate of Lance Busbee, Deceased, for the
decedent, Lance Aaron Busbee. This Court finds that Respondent departed this life on November
23, 2012. On December 11, 2012, Corina Denise Busbee was appointed Administrator of the
Estate of Lance Aaron Busbee, Deceased in PB-2012-193, District Court of Canadian County,
Oklahoma. Thereafter, on December 13, 2012, the Administrator of the Estate of Lance Busbee
filed a motion to be substituted as party Respondent.
