The above case came on for trial on the merits and the court heard testimony of many
witnesses and examined volumes of documents and physical evidence. At the conclusion of the
trial, the parties rested and rendered closing summations. The Court made several interim
decisions in regard to relocation of the minor children. The Divorce was granted to both parties
and the court made several ruling in regard to denying the relocation request.
