Comes now Barbara Busbee, Petitioner, and for her Application For Contempt Citation
against Respondent, Lance Busbee, she states:

1. On January 8, 2007, the Court Issued it’s Temporary Order was filed herein and the
orders contained therein have not been modified and remain in full force and effect. In said
Temporary Order the Court ordered as follows:

A. Child Support was ordered in the amount of $350.00 per month.

B. Additional financial support was ordered in the amount of $670.00 per month.

C. Respondent was Ordered to pay his percentage (52.0%) of health insurance costs,
unreimbursed medical expenses and daycare costs for the parties two minor children.
