RESPONDENT’S OBJECTION TO NOTICE OF PROPOSED
RELOCATION OF MINOR CHILDREN

 

 

COMES NOW Respondent, Lance Aaron Busbee, through his attorney of record,
Donelle H. Ratheal, of DONELLE H. RATHEAL, P.C., and hereby files his Objection to
Petitioner’s Notice of Proposed Relocation of Minor Children, as required by Section 112.3 of
Title 43 of the Okiahoma Statutes. In support of his Objection, he states the following:

1. Petitioner’s relocation of herself and the parties’ minor children is not in good
faith, and contrary to the requirements of Section 112.3 of Title 43.
