MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

COMES NOW the plaintiff, and pursuant to 12 O.S. § 3237 of the Oklahoma Discovery Code
moves to impose sanctions on the defendant for failure to comply with discovery requests. In support
thereof plaintiff respectfully shows the Court as follows:

1. On April 25, 2018, this Court issued an order compelling the defendant to provide full and
complete responses to plaintiffs discovery requests within sixty (60) days of the date of that
order. (Ex. A).

2. As of July 11, 2018, the defendant has wholly and completely failed to comply with the Court's
order to respond to the plaintiffs discovery requests.
