MOTION TO COMPEL

COMES NOW, the Respondent, LORI J. KASTL, by and through her attorney Melissa

DeLacerda, and moves this Court to compel the Petitioner, BRAD J. KASTL, to answer

Respondent’s Motion to Produce, and in support thereof alleges and states:

Respondent’s attorney mailed to Petitioner’s attorney Respondent’s Motion to

Produce on July am 2019, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Respondent’s attorney sent a follow-up letter on August 5", 2019, requesting the

answers to discovery, attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Respondent’s attorney contacted Petitioner’s attorney requesting more time, and

an additional 2 % weeks was granted.

Petitioners attorney sent a letter dated August 7", 2019, stating that answers
would be provided by Monday, August 12", 2019, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
