MINUTE ORDER

A hearing on the merits of the Motion concerning child support was conducted on September
15, 2016. Petitioner was present in person and represented by his attorney, Jill M. Ochs-Tontz and the
Respondent was present in person and represented by her attorney, Melissa DeLacerda. Witnesses
were sworn and arguments made. At the conclusion the matter was taken under advisement.

After hearing the evidence and reviewing the exhibits admitted, I find there has been a material
change of circumstances in the child custody and income of the parties and a change of child support is
