NOW, on August 11", 2016, this matter came on for hearing on Respondent’s Motion To
Modify, Respondent’s Motion To Reduce Expenses To Judgment, Petitioner’s Application For
Contempt, and Petitioner’s Motion To Enforce Visitation. Petitioner appeared not, but by his
attorney, Jill Ochs-Tontz. Respondent appeared in person and by her attorney, Melissa
DeLacerda. The Court by agreement of the parties finds as follows:
1. The Court found that be agreement of the parties, the Amended Motion To Modify
should be sustained and the Respondent is awarded custody of the minor child Hailey
Kastl, with the Respondent receiving Payne County Standard Visitation.
