Now on this 15" day of February, 2022, this matter comes before this Court on the coutt’s
appointment a GAL. The Court finds that custody and visitation of the minor children are at issue,
and it would be helpful to appoint a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for the minor children during the
pendency of this case. That the Court does hereby appoint as NICK GRANT as GAL according to
the provisions of 43 O.S. §107.3 (A).

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that NICK
GRANT, attorney at law, is appointed as Guardian Ad Litem for the minor children. GAL is
appointed as an officer of this court with the authority to objectively advocate on behalf of the children
and to investigate all matters concerning the best interest of the children. GAL shall be entitled to
interview the children at any reasonable time and place as well as obtain information fro…
