NOTICE is given that surviving spouse of decedent, Judith Lee Abrams, as
petitioner, has requested the probate Court of Oklahoma County enter an order probating
the estate of the above named decedent on a summary basis; that said probate be
pursuant to the will of decedent and such will be admitted to probate; that petitioner be
named personal representative of the estate, to serve without bond : and that the Court
enter an order judicially determining the heirs at law of decedent as set forth in the will.
