MOTION FOR THE COURT TO ORDER AND HEAR RELEVANT SUPPORTING
EVIDENCE

COMES now the Petitioner, MICHAEL LAWRINENKO, pro se, pursuant to the
Oklahoma Discovery Code 12 O.S. Sec. 3237, with this APPLICATION and MOTION for the
COURT to ORDER the Respondent to immediately produce electronic devices, specifically
mobile telephones used by herself and sons, to the Petitioner for inspection and forensic
examination. Petitioner further requests with this MOTION that the Court bailiff immediately
enforce this ORDER without prior warning to the Respondent nor her Attomey Richard Butner
OBA# 1385 as the advanced knowledge of evidence collection affords opportunity for tampering
and or destruction of evidence such as initialization of ‘factory reset’ which will result in loss of
