NOW on this 7" day of October, 2021 the above styled and numbered matter comes on
before the Court. Petitioner appeared through counsel, Richard Butner; Defendant appeared in
person and with counsel, Greg Wilson.

The Court FINDS AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1. This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter of this litigation
and venue is proper herein.

2. The emergency protective order shall remain in full force and effect between
Petitioner and Defendant.

3. The final hearing in this matter scheduled for October 18, 2021 is stricken. A
new hearing date shall be scheduled to coincide with the final hearing in Case No.
FD-2021-11.

4. Assessment of costs is held in abeyance until the next hearing.
