AND STAY THE CASE PENDING ARBITRATION

Defendant Principal Delivery, LLC (“Principal”), pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act,
9 U.S.C. § 3, and the Florida Arbitration Code, Fla. Stat. § 682.03, hereby moves this Court to
compel arbitration and to stay this action pending the final resolution of arbitration. Plaintiff
Elysha Gottsagen has agreed to the relief requested in this motion.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

In this action, Plaintiff seeks to bring a claim against her former employer for alleged
violation of the Florida Private Whistleblower Act, Fla. Stat. §448.102. On May 24, 2020, at the
