NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO
MEDIATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

COMES NOW, David Novotney, Petitioner, and files this his Notice of Withdrawal of Consent to
Mediated Settlement Agreement and in support thereof would show the Court as follows:

I On May 8, 2017, the parties entered into a voluntary settlement agreement in their
modification matter. A true and correct copy of the agreement is attached hereto as
exhibit A.

Il. Petitioner would show that no Final Order has been signed by this Court.

Ill. Respondent hereby withdraws his consent to the May 8, 2017 settlement agreement
and objects to any Temporary Orders, judgment, or Final Order being signed or entered
