 AMERICAN SECURITY INSURANCE COMPANY, and would allegeas follows:
 GENERAL ALLEGATIONS

 This is an action for damages greater than the sum of THIRTY
 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000.00),exclusive ofinterest,costs and attorney'sfees,and
