DEFENDANT’S RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFF’S FIRST REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION
Defendant, OLYMPUS INSURANCE COMPANY (“Olympus”), serves its response to

plaintiff's first request for production of documents and states:

DOCUMENTS REQUESTED

1. A true and correct copy of all DEC pages and the full and complete insurance
policy(s) referenced in Plaintiff's Complaint and a sworn statement of a corporate officer of
Defendant attesting to the coverage and authenticity of the policy.

Response: Objection. Pursuant to Section 627.4137, Fla. Stat., an insurer is only
required to produce a certified copy of the subject insurance policy in a
liability claim. The basis of the subject lawsuit is a first-party property
