Defendant, PEOPLE’S TRUST INSURANCE COMPANY (hereinafter “PTI”) by and
through its undersigned attorney and in response to the Complaint filed by BANKOLE
BANJO (hereinafter “PLAINTIFF) files its Answer, Affirmative Defenses, and Demand
for Jury trial and in support thereof states as follows:

2. PTI admits it is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida,
with its principal place of business located in Broward County and is doing business in
the state of Florida as a licensed insurance company.
