COMES NOW Defendant, KABB CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida corporation,
by and through its undersigned counsel, and gives the parties and this Honorable Court
this Notice of Scrivener’s Error in the Defendant's Answer and Affirmative Defenses in
this action for the following reasons:
1. On May 11, 2021, Defendant filed its Answer and Affirmative Defenses to the
Plaintiff's Complaint.
2. Inadvertently, the Defendant’s Answer to Paragraph 13 of the Plaintiff's Complaint
was omitted.
3. The Defendant's Answer to Paragraph 13 of the Complaint should be as follows:
