PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO SHOW CAUSE, COMPEL COMPLIANCE WITH COURT
ORDER, AND FOR SANCTIONS

1. On or about October 19, 2020, the Plaintiff filed a two-count Complaint.

2. On or about October 22, 2020, the Defendant was served with Plaintiff's
Complaint, along with Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories to Defendant, Plaintiff's First
Request for Production to Defendant, and Plaintiff’s First Request for Admissions to Defendant
with their Complaint (“Plaintiff's Discovery Requests”). A true and correct copy of the Notice of
Service of Process attached hereto as Exhibit “A.”

3. Accordingly, Defendant’s responses to Plaintiff's Discovery Requests were due
