TO PLAINTIFF'S DISCOVERY REQUESTS

Defendant, HOME DEPOT U.S.A., INC., by and through undersigned
counsel, hereby files its Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs First
Response to Request for Production and Interrogatories and in support thereof,
states as follows:

1. Defendants were served discovery alongside Plaintiff's Complaint on

April 8, 2021, which made their responses to Plaintiffs discovery due by May 23,
