(Hereinafter FES) by and through their undersigned counsel, pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.090(b),
hereby files their Answer and Affirmative Defenses to Melvin T. Folbrecht, Jr., and Fire Design
by Mel f/k/a Fire Equipment Services of St. Lucie, Inc.’s, (hereinafter Folbrecht) Complaint as
