Hon. Victoria C. Meadows (Ret.) was a judge for the Mason County District Court in Washington. She was elected to the bench in 1994. Meadows retired in 2018.
Prior to joining the District Court, she briefly sat as a judge for the Mason County Superior Court after receiving an appointment to the position by former Governor Booth Garner in 1992. Meadows lost her bid to retain the seat in the subsequent election.
Upon leaving the Superior Court bench, she joined Brungardt, Lowe & Associates, where she practiced until her election to the Mason County District Court.
She received a B.A. from Seattle University in 1979. Meadows then completed a J.D. at the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1982.
After law school, she worked for two years as a deputy prosecutor with the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office before becoming a deputy prosecuting attorney in Mason County in 1984. Meadows remained in that capacity until joining the Superior Court bench.
