Judge Kurt M. Eisgruber: Professional Background and Legal Expertise

Hon. Kurt M. Eisgruber is a judge for the Marion County Superior Court in Indiana.

Eisgruber has held an assignment in the Civil Division.

Prior to joining the bench, he worked as a private practice attorney and was a former deputy prosecutor.

Eisgruber received a B.A. in history from Wabash College in 1987. He went on to complete a J.D. at Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1995.

Eisgruber has held memberships with the Solo/Small Firm Section and the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association as well as the Indiana State Bar Association.

He has taught Introduction to Law as an adjunct professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
