Biography

Hon. Clarence L. Burch is an associate judge of the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois. He was elected to the Circuit Court by the Cook County Circuit judges in 2009.


While on the bench, Burch has held an assignment in the First Municipal District of the Municipal Department. In the Division, he has presided over the Chicago Prostitution and Trafficking Intervention Court.


Prior to joining the bench, Burch was a criminal defense attorney at Burch & Associates since his admittance to the bar in 1978.


He served as a past president and chairperson of the board of Near North Health Service Corporation.
