FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS IN INTERPLEADER
This matter having come before the Court pursuant to Defendants’ Stipulation of Dismissal
with Prejudice and Settlement Agreement, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this action be
dismissed with prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorney's fees and costs, as Plaintiff has.
duly deposited the sum of $20,000.00 with the Clerk of Court, the monies now remaining in the
Court registry shall be distributed to the Defendants as follows:
1. The sum of $7,500.00 shall be paid to Damian E. Thomas, Esq., in the name of
Wasserman & Thomas, P.A. Trust Account as attorneys of record for Defendants, Horatio Budhoo
and Barbara Budhoo, 11098 Biscayne Bivd., Suite 308, Miami, FL 33161.
2. The sum of $12,500.00 shall be Paid to Defendant Public Health Trust of Miami-
Dade County d/b/a Jackson Memorial Hospital, care of Jason Bloch, Esq., Assistant County
Attorney, Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 N.W. 1% Street, Suite 2810, Miami, FL 33128.
The Clerk of Court shail distribute said Monies among the Defendants in the order and
amounts as above stated and found by this Court.

All matters and things in dispute between Defendants, BARBARA BUDHOO, as
mother and next friend of HORATIO BUDHOO, HORATIO BUDHOO, and PUBLIC
HEALTH TRUST OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY d/b/a JACKSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL,
hereto having been adjusted and settled Pursuant to a Settlement Agreement, it is,
STIPULATED and AGREED by the parties hereto that this action be dismissed with
Prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorney’s fees. The Court shall retain
jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
