The Hon. Bradley S. Erdosi is a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed by former Governor Jerry Brown on December 23, 2016, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge William M. Monroe.
Erdosi attended the University of Arizona, where he earned a B.A. in finance. He then received a J.D. from California Western School of Law.
Erdosi began his legal career as an associate at Albence and Associates in 2001. The next year he joined the Office of the Public Defender of Los Angeles County, serving as a deputy public defender until 2004. He then moved to the Office of the Alternate Public Defender, where he worked as a deputy alternate public defender for two years.
Erdosi started the Law Offices of Bradley S. Erdosi in 2006. As its principal attorney, he counseled families on all aspects of estate planning and elder law, specializing in wills and trusts, probate, special needs and public benefits planning, community property issues, Medi-Cal planning, as well as veterans benefits planning and conservatorships.
Erdosi was born in Los Angeles, California. He was a resident of Laguna Hills, California at the time of his appointment to the bench.
Erdosi is registered as a Democrat.
