Plaintiff Bryan Perez’s Motion to Strike and/or Tax Costs Plaintiff Bryan Perez moves to strike and/or tax the costs claimed by Defendant David Ellis Crofton. For the following reasons, Plaintiff’s motion is granted in part and denied in part. In this case arising out of a motor vehicle collision, Defendant served Plaintiff with an August 11, 2017 pretrial “Statutory Offer to Compromise” pursuant to California Civil Procedure Code § 998.
