GOMEZ V PLA-ART INTERNATIONAL INC

For example, asking whether Chavez signed the back of checks issued to Victoria Gomez is different that admitting that he did so "without the knowledge and consent of VICTORIA GOMEZ." Chavez claims that Plaintiffs are simply attempting to avoid taking a deposition of Chavez. While it may be true that some of the questions could ultimately be duplicative of questions raised in a deposition, Plaintiffs have the right to do such discovery and to question Chavez about his responses.

    Contra Costa County, CA

IN THE MATTER OF MARCUS GOMEZ

Gomez as conservator of the estate, because it is evident she will never be able to adequately account without significant investment of court resources during each and every accounting period. (See Prob.C. §§ 2650 (a), (c) and (i).) The only concern is that estate assets may be insufficient to support a private professional. I am inclined to suspend the powers of Ms. Gomez as conservator of the estate in favor of a private professional who can render this estate in a proper fiduciary manner.
