Defendant Golden Ocean Insurance Center, Inc’s (“GOIC”) demurrer to Plaintiffs’ Sang Suk and Jae Sing Sin dba Wardrobe Cleaners’ (collectively “Plaintiffs”) Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) is OVERRULED in its entirety. The Court finds that the SAC has alleged sufficient facts to sustain causes of action for breach of contract, negligence and fraud against GOIC. (Code CiV. Proc, § 430.10,)

Defendant Kookmin Best Insurance Co.’s (“KBIC”) demurrer to Plaintiffs’ SAC is OVERRULED as to the breach of contract cause of action and SUSTAINED with leave to amend as to the causes of action for negligence and fraud.
