Tentative Ruling: No appearances required. Based upon the Notice of Settlement the Court will sign the proposed Order Retaining Jurisdiction and vacate the jury trial set for June 5, 2018. The Court will continue this matter to August 13, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. for further Case Management Conference regarding the dismissal of the entire case. If the dismissals have been entered pursuant to the settlement, no appearances are required.
