Despite the continuance and the Court’s order dated 12-28-22, compliance with the Code’s meet-and-confer requirements has still not been demonstrated. Therefore, the hearing is again continued, and Defendant shall submit a supplemental declaration attesting to such efforts no later than 5 court days before the continued hearing date.
