In its moving pleadings Plaintiff makes a prima facie showing that it is entitled to judgment against the Defendan.t. Based on the declaration of Bonnie Rucker, the exhibit attached, as well as other pleadings herein, Plaintiff has established that there are no triable issues of material fact with regard to Plaintiff’s complaint.
In the absence of any opposition by Defendant, the Court finds that no evidence has been presented which raises a triable dispute of material fact as to Defendant’s asserted affirmative defenses.
Therefore, the Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment is hereby granted. Judgment shall therefore be entered in favor of Plaintiff Goldman Sachs Bank USA against Jerry Camacho.
