BACKGROUND
On August 16, 2018, plaintiff SJO Investments, LLC filed a complaint against defendants Michael Wayne Riedel and Cheryl Jean Riedel for specific performance and breach of contract. Plaintiff allege that defendants refuse to sell the real property to plaintiff; they refuse to allow for inspection; and they are attempting to cancel the contract more than two weeks after the origination of the contract.
On October 5, 2018, defendants filed an answer in pro per.
On January 17, 2019, defendants filed a substitution of attorney, to be represented by L. Walke
