Tentative Ruling: To grant plaintiff LVNV Funding LLC’s motion to deem admitted request for admissions. The facts and allegations identified in Requests for Admissions 1 through 10 of plaintiff’s first set of requests for admissions to defendant Sonterrena Patterson shall be deemed admitted

Exhibit “1” to the declaration of Sarkis S. Karayan filed in support of this discovery motion indicates that on January 14, 2019, plaintiff served its first set of request for admissions on defendant Sonterrena Patterson at the address identified in defendant’s answer to plaintiff’s complaint.
Mr. Karayan further testifies in his supporting declaration that his office has not received any response whatsoever
