Defendant County of Los Angeles (erroneously sued as Lynwood County Womens Jail) demurs to self-represented Plaintiff Princess Yago Blu’s Complaint alleging various Causes of Action including Defamation, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligence. Plaintiff appears to alleges that she was improperly misdiagnosed as mentally incompetent and forced to take psychiatric medication.

Defendant is a public entity. Plaintiff prays for compensatory damages (in the amount of “one billion dollars”). Under the Government Claims Act, Plaintiff may not maintain an action for damages against a public entity unless a written claim has first been presented to the public entity and rejected.
