Sande Stickler is the CEO and Secretary of S.W. School Supply, Inc., DBA Southwest School & Office Supply. Her declaration establishes questions regarding whether she was personally served with the Summons and Complaint as put forth in the proof of service. Specifically the POS indicates a person titled “President” who is between 5’7” and 6’ tall was served. Mrs. Sticker’s declaration establishes she is 5’5” and has never gone by the title “President”. In addition her declaration establishes she has no recollection of being served with legal papers in this action. Mrs. Stickler’s declaration also establishes that her company utilizes Human Resources Safety & Labor Group, Inc. (HRSL) to handle defendant’s
