After over three years, volumes of discovery, multiple motions including a summary judgment motion and a motion for attorneys fees, on the eve of trial, Petitioner, Patrick Craig, has filed these Motions for leave to file First Amended Complaints and to consolidate the two actions that he has already filed: CV-2017-6371 and CV-2017-12701.
