Having read and considered the Demurrer, the memoranda of Points and Authorities , Defendants’ Request for Judicial Notice, the Notice of Motion and Motion to Respond to the defendants motion to Demurrer and the Response filed by Plaintiff on June 5, 2018,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The Demurrer is sustained without leave to amend. Defendants are to prepare the Order pursuant to CRC, Rule 3.1312.
Judicial Notice.
