1) Plaintiff’s Motion to Disqualify Defendant’s Attorney of Record is DENIED.
2) Defendants’ Motion to Quash Service of Summons By Purported Defendant Merry Zimmerman is GRANTED. Service of the summons on Merry Zimmerman is quashed pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure 418.10(a)(1) and 474. This Court grants what it deems to be a Barrows Motion of Defendants to strike the CCP 474 Amendment designating Merry Zimmerman as Doe 4 in the Second Amended Complaint that Plaintiff filed in this action.
3) Defendants’ Motion to Quash Service of Summons By Purported Defendant Frank Zimmerman In His Official Capacity as Successor Trustee of the Irmengard Zimmermann 2012 Trust is GRANTED. Service of the summons on Frank Zimmerman in His Official Capacity as Successor Trustee
