Defendant Specialized Loan Servicing LLC demurs to Plaintiff James Sparano’s Complaint. Having read and considered the written motion, opposition, and reply,
the court issues the following tentative ruling:

Defendant’s request for judicial notice is granted.

Plaintiff alleges causes of action for Breach of Contract, Breach of the Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Unjust Enrichment, Violation of Civil Code section 1788, and Violation of Business & Professions Code section 17200.

The statute of limitations on Plaintiffs First cause of action for breach of contract and the Second cause of action for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing is four years.
