TENTATIVE RULING: Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File a First Amended Complaint to add a new plaintiff; new defendants; and new causes of action is GRANTED. Plaintiff has ten (10) days from service of the Court’s final ruling to file and serve the First Amended Complaint.
Plaintiff’s counsel shall submit a written order to the Court that is consistent with this tentative ruling and in compliance with Rule of Court 3.1312.
