This case involves a dispute over the terms of an Independent Contractor Agreement and the attached Compensation Schedule. In this motion, Plaintiff moves to compel Defendant to produce documents responsive to Plaintiff’s request for production of documents. The motion revolves around a discovery agreement the parties reached in August 2019 whereby Defendant agreed to continue Plaintiff’s deposition (noticed for September 11, 2019) and in return, Plaintiff agreed that Defendant “would not need to serve documents responsive to discovery requests propounded by Plaintiff until after Plaintiffs deposition.” (Kunkle Dec. at ¶9.)
