Motion Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 473(d) to Correct Clerical Errors GRANTED.
Plaintiff moves the Court to correct two alleged clerical errors in the order granting the motion to enforce settlement: (1) “The case is not dismissed as to the Faidi Living Trust”; and (2) “Maas Corporation is not in default under the lease for paying rent of $33,333 for November 2019 and will not be in default for paying that amount for an additional 11 months.” It contends that both of these statements conflict with the Court’s tentative ruling, and the bench ruling, affirming the tentative ruling on the motion to enter judgment and enforce settlement, and asserts that the language should be modified to be consistent with the Court’s actual order on that motion. Plaintiff demonstrates and asserts that the parties each drafted a proposed order but could not agree on them so Plaintiff submitted both to the Court before noticing that the version which Defendants proposed contained the two off
