This matter is on calendar for defendant/cross-complainant/cross-defendant U.S. Architectural Products, Inc.’s (“USAP’s”) motion for determination of good faith settlement in connection with its settlement of $195,000 with defendant/cross-complainant/cross-defendant Ryan Associates (“Ryan”) under Code of Civil Procedure (“CCP”) sections 877 and 877.6 and Tech-Bilt, Inc. v.
