deposition subpoena seeks all financial records from defendant Ecomana’s corporate bank account. This subpoena request is much too broad, seeking records that do not appear to have significant relevance to the claims pending in this action.
The deposition subpoena for production of business records held by the custodian of records J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., issued on January 7, 2019, is quashed.
