The Court denies Plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses. FACTUAL / PROCEDURAL CONTEXT On January 16, 2020, Plaintiffs served Requests for Production, Set One (RPDs). Ford served responses on April 16, which were determined to be inadequate. Plaintiffs sent a meet and confer letter on May 20, to which Ford responded on June 5. Plaintiffs followed up on June 11, but Ford failed to further respond. Plaintiffs now move to compel further responses for RPD Nos. 30-33, which involve consumer complaints and repurchase offers of vehicles of the same make, model and year as the subject vehicle and containing the same conditions, defects and nonconformities.
