The motion of Southstar for a protective order is granted in part and denied in part. It is granted as to the plaintiff’s demand to receive a copy of the background questions in advance of the examination. It is also granted as to the request for an order prohibiting plaintiff’s counsel from disclosing those materials (outside of the trial) to anyone other than members and employees of the plaintiff’s counsel’s firm and any consultants or expert witnesses the plaintiff may retain, and then only for purposes of this litigation.
