This is a retaliation, wrongful termination action filed on April 11, 2019 arising out of Plaintiff’s termination from employment in late February 2018. Plaintiff filed his cause of action against Defendants “Shottenkirk-California, LLC and Shottenkirk-California, LLC dba Shottenkirk Desert Lexus.”
In a motion which was set to be heard on March 19, 2020, Plaintiff sought further responses to his Form Interrogatories-Employment, Nos. 200.1, 200.4, 201.1, 201.2, 201.4, 201.6, 207.1, 211.1, 214.1, and 215.1, which were propounded separately on each Defendant individually, and responded to by Defendants jointly in one response. In addition, in a motion which was set to be heard on March 19, 2020, Plaintiff sought further responses to his Form Interrogatories against Defendant Shottenkirk-California, LLC dba Shottenkirk Desert Lexus pertaining to numbers 4.1, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, 12.6, 12.7 and 15.1.
