Filing and Motion Fees: Objects to $180 of the $540 requests on the grounds that the following motions were frivolous and unnecessary: Motion for Protective Order to preclude witnesses from reading deposition transcripts, and the motion for judgment on the pleadings asking the court to rule that it must reject the lease in issue on the grounds of forgery. Deposition Costs: Objects to $1,349.25 of $5,001.80 related to half of Paul Blanco’s deposition costs, on the grounds that such costs were to expedite the transcript, which additional costs was incurred because defendant refused to take the deposition on numerous dates previously offered and agreed to, but counsel unilaterally did not proceed on those dates.
